There was one story some years ago of two former Somalian diplomats who continued to travel on their diplomatic passports, with many additional pages glued and taped in, long after the government there had collapsed. because of their diplomatic "Status" they were never searched or forced to clear customs. They just sailed right on through.

No one ever questioned it.

Not a fake passport, but I believe one of those passport covers which are so popular in novelty and luggage stores. I myself have a collection of passport covers, a hobby of mine.

You carried a fake passport on a domestic flight? Gee, did they check it?
And the revelation that there are nations with crooked officials, lions and tigers and bears oh my! Maybe that's why, "Last week the White House listed 14 countries whose nationals were deemed dangerous enough to require extra scrutiny when they travel to and within the United States."

What would have really been funny would have been if they had arrested you for attempting to disguse your indentity. Now that's funny, I don't care who you are.
