Strange that libs can’t hear or see and seem to have pretty short memories. How quickly they forgot the Town Hall meetings, the Tea Parties, the march on Washington, the faxes, calls, and emails from constituents. People were very angry at the recklessness of this administration and, contrary to Dem members of Congress, we weren’t “far right-wing extremists” or astroturfed, or organized by Fox News. I watched this all unfold on the internet and it truly was grass roots. They chose to not listen. Indeed sunnyr…Hey, Obama! Can you hear me now?

There’s no question that the far left thinks the bill doesn’t go far enough. However, liberals are only 20% of the electorate while 40% are conservative according to Gallup, http://www.gallup.com/poll/120857/conservatives-single-largest-ideological-group.aspx

It’s hard to imagine the 20% having that big of sway (that’s a nice way of saying it’s statistically impossible since a majority of independents are against HCR and Obama too).

Absolutely love it when folks post that most Americans oppose healthcare reform. Read the details of the polls – the largest percentage of opposition is coming from the left because the bill LEFT OUT the public option, does not include single payer and offers sweetheart deals to insurance companies and pharmaceutical giants.

But its great to see folks salivate over the polling, its more fun when the extreme right bites the apple and feels a nasty worm wiggling inside their mouth
