2010 will be the indicator as to whether NH has really changed and gone Democrat or not. While many MA people have moved North (I did in 1995), most are conservatives who were fed up with the politics in NH. If you look a the 2004 election, it was the northern and western counties in NH that went for Kerry while the southern NH counties, where most MA people moved to, went for Bush. In the 2000 election, the state went for Bush and if it had not, Bush would have lost to Gore, despite Bush taking FL.

As a resident of NH I say the Dems should be very afraid but the Republican need to work really hard to convince us they have learned the lessons of 2006-2008. Get back to the basics; the Constitution, lower taxes/end the IRS and CUT GOVERNEMNT SPEADING NOW!
