he left out the most likely and obvious choice, to be a really bad one term president.this showing of contrition and humility by obama and many in the congress and senate is a wasted effort.it’s like catching someone robbing your home, then have him offer to paint the living room.

This is one of Obama’s dumber quotes. History tells us that a president has to be really, really bad not to get a second term. Or, for their own reasons they decide not to run for a second term. So, what the he!! does he mean?

OK, I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you actually want to express your views. Could you please tell me ANYTHING that Obama has tried to “work with the obstructionist party” on? The last time I checked, the Republicans were frozen out of the health care debate, and not even allowed to attend the meetings. Where is the great example of him reaching across the aisle to get Republican ideas?
