I’ve been reading this site since its grand opening. For the most part, I like it and enjoy the articles. Could use a little more original content in the news dept, but that will probably come with time. I would also enjoy some simplistic way to follow comments. I may be following two or three threads on this site and have to break away to do other things. When I return, those topics may have given way to new ones and it becomes very difficult to jump back into the conversation.

Maybe an email alert system would work, or a method to flag topics a person is following, when there is new content. Just thinkin’ out loud, more or less….

The complete lack of executive experience and nothing on his resume to indicate leadership were the two things that bothered me the most. Our country was stressed to the max over two wars and a crumbling financial infrastructure, yet voters wanted to take a gamble on a baritone voice and a big smile. Lordy, lordy, lordy……

Sure hope people have learned from this very expensive lesson.

Set the bar too high? That is kind of a sweet way to look at it I guess. In reality, some people thought he was something “special” and transcended politics as usual. Those people now have a hard time facing the fact that Obama is the consummate Chicago politician. On the campaign trail he would have said anything to get a vote. He would have promised to raise the dead, if he thought enough liberals would have bought into the idea. On January 20th, all that BS went straight out the window and he started reading from a new script provided by those pulling the strings.

The congressional hearings, concerning Fannie Mae were recorded by C-Span. Many of those have made their way to YouTube. You can watch and listen to those videos at your leisure. Then you can continue your efforts to spin the very words coming out of the pie holes of Barney Frank, Maxine Waters and all the others. You don’t even need a news source from left, right or center leaning media. See it for yourself!

If I could link to YouTube at this time, I would provide you with a wealth of viewing pleasure. However, that site is blocked on this computer, so you will have to just do a little homework all on your own.

Remember Obama taught and follows Saul “Alinsky’s rules” Alinsky said morals have no place in politics, the end is all that matters. Quite a far cry from our founding Fathers.

There are certain words (or letters contained in other words) that trigger the automatic censor. The nice thing about this site (as opposed to Breitbart’s) is that the comment does make it to the board fairly quickly if there’s nothing against the rules in the post. On Andrew’s site if you get the “awaiting moderation” message, it means your comment will never be approved (and you’ll never be told why). I have to say, Tucker got this thing together really well by comparison.

You put up several straw man arguments (because everyone who disagrees with you must be quoting Rush Limbaugh or Sean Hannity, right?), then bravely knocked them down.
