In as much as the tax credits are concerned, they are good for the local economy and the employment rate as well. While it’s true that the production companies receive huge tax incentives, that is offset by the money they pay their employees who in turn pay local sales taxes, etc.

All that being said, Moore is a self deprecating capitalist who has no business speaking about capitalism or much of anything else for that matter, because his understanding of those topics would easily be trumped by an eleventh grade honor student.
