Your point has been clearly made that the decision has nothing to do with cash contribution by corporations directly to candidates, but the ability of a corporation to go to the airwaves or print media to participate in the political process without a McCain-Feingold time restraint. Wouldn’t you think that a “Constitutional Scholar-President Law Professor” would have known about ole “Pitchfork” Ben?
