Charlie Sheen will be charged with felony menacing and misdemeanor assault for allegedly putting a knife to his wife’s throat and threatening to kill her on Christmas Day, according to a report Thursday night.
A formal complaint will be filed against the 44-year-old “Two and a Half Men” star Friday or early Monday, law enforcement sources told TMZ.com
Brooke Mueller, 33, who was unharmed in the ugly incident in Aspen during the family’s Christmas vacation, reportedly plans to be in court Monday with Sheen.
