Another monumental failure by this bunch of Amateur Hour Bozo’s! I can’t believe these idiots wasted 2.5 MILLION of our hard earned tax dollars on the drivel we saw on Sunday. And I just found out that Obama budgeted 500 MILLION more of our tax dollars for a new National Park…….in the freaking VIRGIN ISLANDS!! Have we had enough yet?

Our government does not disappoint. Yet once again, it ranks at the bottom. But more bad news is coming. Wouldn’t you know it? The Census dummies bet their whole budget on the Colts! Now they’re trying to get a ‘Census Stimulus Bill’ approved so they afford to place another ad, on President’s Day, appealing to the US public to pay for their own census-taking, on an individual basis. Reportedly, the Census folks are asking the Loony Tunes folks to do the new ad, on a Pro-Bono basis.

we should be slow to criticize this one. as important as the census is, it is important that we get the most accurate information possible so that future law makers and government officials can understand our changing and evolving citizenry. The challenge in motivating 300 million americans to complete the census is understandably difficult, so it is imperative that we use every medium possible. $2.5 million dollars is a lot of money, especially when it is someone else’s, but the end justifies the means if this census is successful. my biggest complaint is not with the decision to do a super bowl commercial, but instead in the artistic result. it just wasn’t funny. at all.

The commercial was subtly funny — like Guest’s movies. A big problem is that many adult Americans are so used to immature humor that they can’t grasp anything that doesn’t fit in their MSM box.

And still, this discussion seems like its about the effectiveness of a TV a ad when its actually about scoring political points for the GOP and bashing the Census effort.

What happened to all the great pizza and beer commericals..now we have to be indoctrinated with obamanomics during the super bowl. Nothing like a good dose of partisan political hoopla and blaming and bashing from our commander and thief during what should have been pre super bowl festivities. I guess his real intentions was to ruin the super bowl for all Americans that disagree with him.
