		<description>I mostly agree with your sentiments, except for one thing. 

Food support needs to be brought from local areas - encouraging the growth of farms to alleviate poverty in the areas.  Shipping cheep American grain, which local farmers cannot compete with, is causing damage to less advanced economies, and fosters a dependence culture on our handouts. 

This is bad as it can cause both anger among some sections of the community, and in damaging their economies, stops them growing to their full potential, which with the goodwill other programs generate could be a significant trading partner in the future.</description>
