Democrats are “pretty close” to locking up enough votes for their jobs bill, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) said this weekend.
Reid, who’s rounding up votes for a $15 billion job creation package, said there’s a good chance the newest Republican member of the Senate, Sen. Scott Brown (Mass.), will vote for the package, too.
