The Constitution is the call on the field. Any decision going against the grain of the words in the Constitution is the replay. The replay needs to show IRREFUTABLE evidence to overturn the call on the field. (Think of the Amendment process as a brilliant method for demonstrating IRREFUTABLE consensus) 2nd Amendment states "...the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
