Well said. Trying these butchers in civil courts has always been nothing more than a surrogate way of putting Bush, Cheney, and America on trial for war crimes and torture. Both Obama and Holder made this patently clear in campaign rhetoric and subsequent statements after the election.

If affording KSM and his buddies civilian trials is a Moral and Legal Imperative, and necessary to keep America safe (like the left has been insisting), then President Obama has no choice but to do it, no matter what the political consequences are.

If President Obama does otherwise then he is admitting that what Bush did was legal, moral and the right thing for America and that the left was wrong to attack him. Either that, or he’s choosing politics over the law and the security of the U.S.

You got that right..Anything to continue destroying President Bush’s Term. I think even though Bush is gone they still see him as a threat. They can no where near compare themselves to the Bush administration. Let me guess your name says “The Big O Dooped U 2″ reason I know is I seen you calling Obama “O” before. I hope you didn’t vote for Obama…LOL..Anyway I agree with you 100%..I would like to add that our military most likely would be dragged into court as well (those military that picked these creeps up). I couldn’t imagine dragging military personnel into civilian courts and have them cross examined by a defense attorney. Next thing you know our military will be defending themselves for picking these enemy combatants up they will need a lawyer.

Obama has no diplomacy, what little he does shows is miss guided. It’s no wonder many people are questioning if he is purposely trying to harm America. I still haven’t fully decided that but what I think is a shame. The question is there and on most people’s minds. I have disagreed with Presidents and other political figures but I have never questioned a presidents intentions like I have Obama’s. He has openly lied and at times I have seen him laugh it off as I have seen his mouth piece Gibbs do as well. I often can’t help thinking that he is either really stupid or is actually misguiding America. If given a choice I would trade Nixon or Carter for Obama..at least I know Nixon or Carter would not intentionally harm our country. They might not be the most honest or the sharpest knife in the drawer but they were Americans and as misguided as they were they would have never intentionally harmed us. But to compare Bush to Obama..they are not even in the same class. Bush did this country proud. Obama looks at the constitution as an extra roll of toilet paper.
