In this video from a townhall back in October 2009, Rep. Bart Stupak admits that he would vote for a health-care bill regardless if his abortion concerns were assuaged by Democratic leadership. This seems to confirm the opinion that the executive order Stupak got Obama to issue on this matter is much ado about nothing.
