Be happy, don’t worry. But the pharmaceutical folks are preparing massive batches of poisoned Kool-Aid in case things get unbearable.

Stupid people are not running things although there are a number of stupid people expressing opinions on how things are run.

Too many people are drawing quick conclusions and then building mountains of evidence in support of those conclusions. We are constantly being hammered with all of this evidence, which we selectively choose to accept based on our initial conclusion. We often think we are applying reason to arrive at a conclusion, but in fact, our initial conclusions are not allowing us to use reason to arrive at better answers.

The fact that people in this survey think the next generation will be worse off or that the U.S. is weaker today than it was 10-years ago should lead us to few conclusions other than people appear to be less optimistic today. These questions are far to general in scope. Tying answers to these questions based on other questions asked in the survey may or may not have any connection.

Unless things are changed quickly, this is true! If you allow stupid people to run things and make decisions, your future looks bleak!
