A woman cyclist was killed by a National Guard truck in Washington, D.C., according to WTOP.com.
The five-ton vehicle was attempting to cordon off a downtown intersection for the Nuclear Security Summit, when it struck the woman at about 6.00pm Monday.
“It was horrific,” said one witness, according to the Washington Post.
