After a disgruntled man flew a plane into an IRS building earlier this year, Rep. Steve King (R-IA) drew criticism for saying that, “If we’d abolished the IRS back when I first advocated it, he wouldn’t have a target for his airplane…It is intrusive and we can do a better job without them entirely.” A blogger from Think Progress decided to accost King at yesterday’s Tea Party anti-taxation rally, accusing him of “justifying the attack” — which he didn’t do –and King responded with an attack of his own. King then accused the blogger of accusing him or murder — which he also didn’t do.
