Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) officially announced his support today for the nomination of Elena Kagan.
After sitting down with Kagan on Capitol Hill this morning, Reid issued a statement calling for bipartisan support of her nomination.
“My meeting with Solicitor General Kagan today left me confident that she is the right choice to replace Justice Stevens on the Supreme Court,” Reid said.
