A Vallejo couple was arrested Saturday following an alleged argument-turned-stabbing at a youth baseball game earlier in the day, police said.
The argument reportedly started when the father of a player wanted to talk about his son striking out, according to reports, police Sgt. Sid DeJesus said.
During the argument between the two estranged parents, the boyfriend of the player’s mother was struck to the ground. The woman, 27-year-old Katheryne Wildman of Vallejo, then stabbed her ex-husband with a small keychain dagger, DeJesus said.
