Secretary of Labor Hilda L. Solis says in a new public service announcement that, “whether documented or not,” workers in the United States has the “right to be treated fairly” and paid for their work. To that tend, the administration has established a telephone number that allows immigrants to report their working conditions. The comments come as the Obama administration prepares a lawsuit to challenge an anti-illegal immigration state law recently passed in Arizona.
