It is understandable that Obama wants to reward trial lawyers since he shares his profession with them, and more importantly, as a Marxist, shares their parasitic nature.

The political strategy behind this may very well be that Obama wants to encourage lawyers to sue more, thereby redistributing wealth to the poor, who are more likely to have to sue on contingency.
Obama and his minions are sick, warped ideologues who will leave no scheme untried to destroy capitalism and those who have benefited from it (excepting themselves, of course).

You don’t fund a tax cut. Tax CUTs are not spending. They are designed to generate growth, which, despite the lies from the dems, is exactly what they did. Even the democrat John F. Kennedy knew it.

Why don’t you worry about cutting spending instead? OH, that’s right – that’s not a dem talking point.
