CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) – The last time Jammell Howard was arrested was on July 26 for trying to snatch a 3-year-old boy out of a Burger King restaurant in Pleasant Ridge. Not his first time arrested – try his 210th.
Julie Wilson of the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office says is you look at his record, his crimes range from having a open flask, disorderly conduct and minor traffic violations. But pretty much every incident involved Howard being under the influence.
Howard spends more time in jail than out on the street. According to Wilson, Howard was only out two weeks before this most recent incident.
