the unrestrained power of the US “justice department” is the most dangerous unelected power the POTUS has. the unlimited resources, time and vast unconstitutional overarching power the JD commands constrains us all. NO ONE is able to challenge the fed in any meaningful way. The day you get on the wrong side of a federal prosecutor is the last day of peace you will have in your life. Blogo was convicted on a single minor charge out of ,what, 2 dozen? any normal prosecution would give it up as a repudiation of the evidence. the Feds answer? continue to persecute what i see as a not overly bright, everyday political operative who posed a danger to the legitimacy of the POTUS. Delay? any doubt that this is a politically motivated persecution? not if you are honest. Arpaio? he is screwed. Not because of any wrongdoing, he simply offends the sensibilities of the current political ruling class of Marxist glitterati and the federal laws are such that now you can be convicted of simply being in the wrong place at an inconvenient time.
