Channeling, what can only be described as, Chris Farley’s Matt Foley, Phil Davidson is determined TO THIS COUNTRY AROUND in his capacity as Stark County Treasurer in Ohio.

Uploaded on YouTube yesterday, Davidson, a councilman for the village of Minevera, is filmed making his case to become the Republican’s nominee for county treasurer. It’s possibly one of the most intense, passionate speeches ever. At the very least, it’s probably the most eardrum-tearing  speech the Stark County Republican Party Executive committee has ever witnessed (and audibly snickered).

Lest you think the video is fake or that Davidson is just a kook from the local V.F.W lodge, Davidson is actually a councilman for the nearby village of Minevera and claims to hold degrees in sociology, history, communicaiton and publican administration.

And in case you were curious, yes, Davidson lost the nomination fight to the Alex  Zumbar.
