Shakira’s hips don’t lie … and here’s why [VIDEO]

Shakira just released a single from her new album ‘Sale el Sol (The Sun Comes Out),’ which hits stores October 19.  The song, titled ‘Loca,’ features British rapper Dizzee Rascal, and is nothing short of amazing.  Obviously, you’ll see that we aren’t referring to the song (though it isn’t bad) when you watch the video.
