Minnesota Vikings coach Brad Childress declined to give his reasoning for cutting Randy Moss on Wednesday in his first remarks since letting the Pro Bowl WR go.
Childress acknowledged it was a bad decision to acquire Moss last month from the New England Patriots, but deflected multiple attempts to gauge his decision-making process.
“It didn’t work out,” Childress said. “I’m not going to get into any particulars.”
“Nobody’s more disappointed than I am that it didn’t work out. I do wish Randy the best of luck.”
