The chosen fashionistas are being highlighted exclusively in The Post.
“We chose people who were thinking out of the box,” says Vogue style director Alexandra Kotur, who has been with the fashion magazine since 1997.
“Women who look as if they’re wearing what they really wanted to wear.”
The final 10 are sure to stir debate, and stand in direct contrast to Vanity Fair’s best-dressed list — and include a more surprising range of selections. Here are a few:
