Silver Spring-based cable net TLC ought to “be ashamed of itself” for airing Sarah Palin’s reality series – particularly this past Sunday’s episode in which she “hunted, killed and carved up a Caribou during a segment of her truly awful reality show ‘Sarah Palin’s Alaska’ on The Now Hilariously Titled Learning Channel,” TV, film, and play writer/producer Aaron Sorkin blogs Wednesday morning on The Huffington Post
Sorkin apparently did not get the memo (we did) in which TLC announced, about a dozen years ago, that the “T” and “L” and “C” no longer stand for “The” and “Learning” and “Channel” and it was now to be called “TLC” — just cause. Maybe we can come up with a new name using those letters — send your suggestions here.
