Six years after they first met during Vogue magazine’s annual Costume Institute gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, David Lauren and Lauren Bush were engaged Friday night in the museum.
Our source tells us David proposed to Lauren inside the museum around eight in the evening, and the happy couple was then seen arm-in-arm getting into a hansom carriage. Lauren was spotted sporting a round brilliant diamond ring.
And if Lauren takes David’s name she could have the most iconic name in the city, Lauren Lauren.
