LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Wisconsin man has been charged with drunken driving after police said he was driving the wrong way down a Louisville highway.
According to arrest records, 77-year-old Albert C. Kreeger of Neillsville, Wis., was observed by a Louisville Metro police officer driving west in the eastbound lane of the Gene Snyder Freeway near Stonestreet Road.
When approached, Kreeger refused to comply with the officer’s commands, police said.
