Despite the improbability of the House repeal bill reaching the Senate, there is sure to be a showdown in the chamber in the coming weeks.
As if he had to make himself any more clear, Reid was again asked about whether he will bring the repeal bill to the Senate floor, to which he abruptly and concisely replied “No,” and moved on to other questions.
At a press conference later in the afternoon Thursday, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell was asked if he would push the majority leader to have the House bill put to a vote in his chamber, to which he too replied in an eerily similar manner, “Yes,” and moved on to other questions.
The Daily Caller was unable to reach Senator Moses for comment.
