He’s not a “Baby” anymore.
Love him or hate him, this is Justin Bieber’s world. After all, he titled his 2010 album “My World” and made somewhat of a fuss when he didn’t receive this year’s Grammy Award for Best New Artist.
His most dedicated followers will spring to humiliating heights to gain his attention. When pictures surfaced of Bieber getting cozy with singer Selena Gomez, infuriated “Beliebers” came forward with Twitterverse pitchforks and sent death threats to his girlfriend. Last year, a YouTube video of a toddler crying hysterically because she loved Justin Bieber so much went viral and caused the pop prince himself to set up a surprise meeting with the little girl on Jimmy Kimmel’s TV show.
“The Biebs,” as he’s commonly referred, has had quite an eventful career and life for someone who hasn’t even reached age 18. Because we’re continuously amazed by his star power, we’d like to honor the singing sensation on his 17th birthday with a slideshow of his young life. You might argue he doesn’t need our recognition, but in the words of The Biebs himself, “Never Say Never.”
