You know you’ve made it big in the entertainment industry if your breakthrough role as a dim-witted “Mean Girls” character lands you nearly two dozen acting gigs. That’s what happened to 25-year-old actress, Amanda Seyfriend, who famously said, “My breasts can always tell when it’s going to rain” as the air-headed but well-meaning Karen Smith in “Mean Girls.”
Thankfully, the 2004 high school flick didn’t mark the end of Seyfried’s film career, but the same cannot be said for co-star Lindsay Lohan. Seyfried has played more than just the popular, vapid blond girl. She has appeared on “Veronica Mars,” starred in “Mamma Mia!”, worked with Liam Neeson and Julianne Moore in “Chloe,” where she participated in a girl-on-girl scene, and acted in the HBO series, “Big Love.”
