Celebrity news network E! will produce a True Hollywood Story episode on former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, reports Mediaite.

The former Alaska gov. may be a politician, but her every move has been covered by entertainment media as if it were the “Brangelina” adoption. Palin’s 2008 interview with CBS News anchor Katie Couric has gone down in history as one of the most awkward and uncomfortable sit-downs to have ever aired. Last year, Palin had her own reality television series, Sarah Palin’s Alaska, which took audience members through the political figure’s everyday life in her home state. Her eldest daughter, Bristol, who has a memoir coming out this summer, has been in the news since the 2008 presidential cycle for being an unwed pregnant teen. Additionally, The Kids Are All Right actress Julianne Moore will portray Palin in the upcoming HBO movie Game Change, which is based on the bestselling book about the last presidential election.

What exactly will the show entail? John Ziegler, the producer of documentary Media Malpractice: How Obama Got Elected and Palin Was Targeted, told Hot Air that E! has licensed his film for the Palin segment.

“[T]he E! producer I dealt with on this was far more knowledgeable about what really happened to Palin during the 2008 campaign than any mainstream media member I have been interviewed by since the film came out, including Matt Lauer and Barbara Walters,” Ziegler said.
