According to TMZ, the “10 Things I Hate About You” star had a celebration out in Marina Del Ray, Calif. over the weekend, when policemen drove up and told him to lower the volume of his music. Witnesses told the gossip site that Keegan didn’t follow directions and became “very aggressive.”

TMZ reports that Keegan was “uncooperative” when speaking to police officials and shoved to the ground as a result. Though TMZ initially reported that Keegan was tasered, the site later clarified that Keegan was detained and released but had not in fact been tasered.

Keegan’s Hollywood glory days took place in the ’90s, when he appeared on popular shows “7th Heaven” and “Full House.” That same decade, he played Luke in the TV movie “Freaky Friday” and pretty boy Joey in romantic comedy “10 Things I Hate About You.”
