Newts Economic plan:
• No tax increase in 2013 to kill jobs in a recession.
• Zero capital gains tax to bring hundreds of billions of dollars into the US to create new jobs.
• Twelve and a half percent corporate tax rate so you bring back about a trillion dollars in locked up profits overseas and actually get big corporations like General Electric to pay taxes instead of paying tax lawyers.
• Hundred percent expensing so every business can write off all their new equipment, every farmer can write off all the new equipment in one year so we have the most modern, most productive, most effective workers in the world.
• Eliminate the death tax so that families can focus on creating jobs rather than avoiding taxes. Then you go to deregulation.
• You repeal Sarbanes-Oxley, which kills jobs and kills venture capital.
• You repeal Dodd-Frank which may have a trillion dollars in enforcement costs.
• Replace the Environmental Protection Agency with an Environmental Solutions Agency that’s cooperative, collaborative and works with business and with local communities.
• Modernize the Food and Drug Administration so that we can have the most modern drugs and actually export, creating American jobs here, selling products all over the world.
• American energy plan. You drill here, drill now, pay less. You use oil, gas, coal, ethanol, nuclear, wind, solar, hydrogen. You have an all effort to say “let’s keep the money here in America” and that creates many, many new jobs and makes us much better off in national security.

That’s a real plan.
