The Daily Caller visited Occupy DC to see if movement insiders were willing to apologize to the two elderly ladies who were hurt on Nov. 4 in the chaos surrounding a protest of Americans for Prosperity’s “Defending the American Dream Summit.”

While some expressed regret, others suggested that at least one of the ladies was injured because her own husband pushed her down the stairs.
Even from video presented by an Occupy DC protester, which TheDC viewed on-site, it is clear that the woman’s husband fell toward her after being pushed, or tripping, over Occupy DC protesters who were obstructing the exits of the Washington Convention Center.
