Vice President Joe Biden in Iraq said the administration had fulfilled its campaign promises to end the war and refused to rule out a possible presidential bid in 2016.

In an interview that aired on The Today Show Thursday, Biden once again left the door open for running for president in 2016.
“I am never ready to close the door on anything,” Biden said. “I am intent on reelecting Barack Obama president of the United States of America. The rest will take care of itself.”
