Romney comfortably ahead in election day NH polls

With Mitt Romney comfortably in the lead in a pair of election day New Hampshire polls, the real race appears to be for second place. The Daily Caller’s Vince Coglianese reports:

Rasmussen polling released Tuesday shows Romney netting 37 percentage points of support while 20 points back is Ron Paul, with 17 percent. Tracking closely behind Paul are Jon Huntsman (15), Rick Santorum (13), and Newt Gingrich (12).

The Suffolk/7News Tracking poll released Tuesday shows similar figures for the state’s Republican primary.
