Fausto Carmona, star pitcher for the Cleveland Indians, has been arrested in the Dominican Republic for allegedly trying to get a U.S. visa with a false identity that he has used all these years, The Plain Dealer reports.

Carmona’s real name is reportedly Roberto Hernandez Heredia and he could be as old as 31, not 28 as he has claimed.

He was arrested Thursday outside the U.S. Consulate in Santo Domingo after applying for a visa to travel to spring training in February with the Indians.
