It was just a regular Tuesday in the Kentucky state legislature — and then a penguin pooped on the state Senate chamber’s floor.
The penguin was in the chamber yesterday as the Senate president pro-tempore signed a measure to honor the Newport Aquarium, the defecating penguin’s home, in honor of its contributions to the “aquatic world in general through its stewardship of sea life and penguins,” Kentucky.com reported.
No word on if this was an act of aggression directed by Mr. Freeze.
