“O’Reilly Factor” producer Jesse Watters went to Capitol Hill to ask members of Congress about the Super Bowl in Indianapolis this weekend.
“I hope they just make it dramatic. After all, Miami needs the money,” said New York Democratic Rep. Charlie Rangel.
