The club may not be able to handle him right now, but the courtroom will have to soon.

Former Flo Rida assistant Mahogany Miller is suing the “Club Can’t Handle Me” rapper for unspecified damages, claiming that he failed to pay her a proper living wage, E! reports.

Miller alleges that Flo Rida paid her only $3.08 per hour — less than half of the national minimum wage — and that she often worked up to 65 hours per week.

The lawsuit claims that after Miller told the rapper her concerns about her low salary, he fired her the next day.
