Rush Limbaugh joined in the conversation over Clint Eastwood’s Chrysler Super Bowl commercial on Tuesday, parodying the ad on his radio show.

In an audio clip released on the “Rush Limbaugh Show,” an Eastwood impersonator is heard saying, “It’s halftime in America, too. People are out of work and they’re hurting. And they’re all wondering what Obama’s gonna do to them next.”

“All’s that matters now is that we come together as one great nation,” the audio continues, “and kick his skinny butt back to Chicago.”

The radio personality’s version is much to the contrary of what the actual ad said. Instead of seeming to support Obama’s re-election, like many people have said Eastwood’s ad did, Limbaugh’s version has the Hollywood legend saying “kick him out.” (RELATED: Clint Eastwood’s Chrysler commercial viewed as Obama campaign ad [VIDEO])

Maybe that’s what people expected the commercial to be like, given Eastwood’s past political statements. The former Barry Goldwater supporter describes himself as a libertarian and endorsed John McCain in the 2008 presidential election.
