Former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore plans to ride his horse to the voting booth when the southern state holds elections on Tuesday.
Moore was removed from his position as chief justice in 2003 for refusing to move a Ten Commandments monument from the state’s judicial building, but is now running again for his old job.
He told the Mobile Press-Register that Tuesday will be “a day of relaxation for us” and he’s riding his horse because he lives close to where he votes.
Moore last year broke several ribs after falling from a horse at his farm in Etowah County.
