The Associated Press delegate count shows former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney leading with 522 delegates. Former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum has 252, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich has 136 and Texas Rep. Ron Paul has 50.
Illinois will award 69 delegates Tuesday.
