The first of two John Does to file a sexual harassment suit against John Travolta has filed papers to drop his case, TMZ reported.
Two masseurs filed graphic sexual harassment suits against the “Pulp Fiction” actor for a series of lewd conduct during massage sessions.
John Doe number one alleged that Travolta sexually harassed him at this private bungalow at the Beverly Hills Hotel, but flight records and restaurant receipts prove that the actor was in New York City the date of the alleged incident.
The second accuser has not dropped his suit against Travolta, but there are holes in his case. As a masseur in Atlanta, he says that he quit his job as a masseur after his encounter with Travolta, but there are no records that he ever complained about being sexually harassed, The New York Post reported.
