Scout Willis, the 20-year-old daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, was charged with two misdemeanors for allegedly drinking a beer and brandishing a fake ID, People reports.

Willis was arrested Monday evening in Union Square after cops spotted her with an open beer and asked for an ID. First, she handed officers a New York ID card belonging to a Katherine Kelly. After the officer continued questioning her, Willis admitted her real identity and gave her California ID.

“My name is Scout Willis,” she said according to the police report. “The first ID isn’t mine. My friend gave it to me. I don’t know Katherine Kelly.”

The Brown University student was released without bail on Tuesday and will face Manhattan Criminal Court on July 31 on charges of criminal impersonation and having an open container of alcohol.

Earlier this year, Willis fell under fire for racy tweets describing describing a lifestyle of wild partying and angst, People reported at the time.

The tweets included graphic accounts of sex, drugs, and partying. One tweet read,  “Why worry about school? Just take an adderall, make lists, smoke too many cigarettes and voila, panic attacks and straight A’s here I come.”

A representative speaking on behalf of Willis claimed the Twitter account was fake, created by her friends to test a theory: “In connection with a class assignment, in which students were asked to create a ‘culture jam’ or ‘hoax,’ three students created a satirical and fabricated Twitter account in which everything tweeted was fictional.
