Obama either did or did not make an oral sex joke [VIDEO]

Though he can crack a few jokes, President Barack Obama isn’t exactly known for being the funniest guy in the room. Generally, the man is pretty stoic.

But at a Wednesday night fundraiser in San Francisco among gay and lesbian supporters, a moment in the president’s speech was either intended as an oral sex joke, or taken out of context by the audience. Obama stepped up to thank Ellen DeGeneres for her support, and referenced his wife’s appearance on her show when DeGeneres challenged FLOTUS to a pushup contest.

“I want to thank my wonderful friend [Ellen DeGeneres], who accepts a little bit of teasing about Michelle beating her in pushups, but I think she claims Michelle didn’t go all the way down,” he said, then paused and quipped, “That’s what I heard.”

The audience can be heard uproariously laughing, while the president racks his brain for an appropriate reaction. After several awkward seconds of presidential expressions ranging from harsh to jovial, Obama then said, “I want to set the record straight — Michelle outdoes me in pushups as well.”

Whether the scripted moment was meant as a double entendre or not, we bet that there is a speechwriter sitting in a corner of the West Wing with a dunce cap on.
