Lindsay Lohan found ‘unresponsive’ in hotel room

Paramedics were called to the Ritz Ritz Carlton in Marina del Rey, Calif., after Lindsay Lohan was found “unresponsive” in the penthouse suite at around 10:15 a.m. EST, ABC News reports.

The actress was reportedly resting in the hotel room in between shooting scenes in the area for her Lifetime movie, “Liz & Dick,” according to TMZ.

A friend of Lohan’s told RadarOnline, ”She’s fine and we’re hoping she will be released soon.”

Just last Friday, Lohan was involved in a car accident in which she reportedly crashed a rented Porsche into an 18-wheeler.

UPDATE: Lohan’s rep, Steve Honig, told People that the actress’ medical scare early Friday was due to her “grueling” schedule. “She was on set last night at 7 p.m. and worked through the night until 8 a.m. this morning,” Honig said. “She took a nap before shooting her final scene. Producers were concerned when she did not come out of her room and called paramedics as a precaution.”
